Supported Living

Supported Living is another supported housing service run by Care Plus Group. They offer shared housing for people with a learning disability that also helps them to live independant lives.

The supported housing service enables people with a learning disability to live in their own home and to be as independent as possible.  The service supports over 70 people, some of whom have very complex needs.  Most people have their own assured tenancies and recieve anything from one hour per week to 24 hour a day support to help them live the best life possible in their own home.
