Healthy Activities

It is important to exercise regularly. National guidelines recommend you should have around 30 minutes activity a day, for five days a week, depending on your age and activity you do.  This could be something as simple as a health walk right through to a full work out.

Our team provide decicated sessions to help you meet this target. Sessions our team run are:

- Monday - Grimsby Leisure Centre Swimming 9:30am till 11am

- Tuesday - Immingham Swimming Pool Swimming 10am till 11am

- Wednesday - Grimsby Leisure Centre Biking & Trampolining 10am till 12am

- Thursday - Grimsby Leisure Centre Health Walker 10am.
