Future Plan

Thinking about our future and how it affects the people we care for can be an emotional thing to do. Often it is easier to put it off, and hope things will sort themselves out: but at the back of the mind is the nagging questions - who will look after my son / daughter if something happens to me - will they be safe / cared for?

 

Making A Future Plan

A future plan can help answer some of these questions:

- I have no other family accept my disabled Son / daughter - Who will help me in an emergency?

- Where will my son / daughter live - should something happen to me?

- How do I make a WILL - to ensure my son /daughter is safe and cared for?
